Saturday February 25, 2012!
The Developing Leaders Conference brings together Tufts students who have exhibited leadership potential through their involvement and contributions in the Tufts Community. The participants discuss leadership topics and build on their knowledge through workshops and activities facilitated by our staff and leadership professionals from around the country. Our goal is to show students how they can apply their leadership skills to their chosen career path once they leave Tufts and become active citizens in our world. It is a “once in a lifetime” experience. Each Developing Leader is nominated by a faculty/staff member or a peer because they have exemplified exceptional leadership potential on campus. They all represent the best in their respective classes.
The conference involves the students with hands-on leadership activities and powerful discussions directly geared towards the challenges of being a first or second year student leader. Traditionally the Conference is for first and second year students, however any student is welcome.
This Year’s Conference was held on Saturday February 25, 2012! Thank you to all the Developing Student Leaders who attended. Information on next year’s Conference will be available in the Fall.
