Mandatory Student Organization Fall Meetings

At the start of each year student organizations are required to mandatory information meetings.  Student organizations not represented at the mandatory fall meetings risk losing budget and space reservation access.

This event is for currently recognized student organizations only.  The New Student Organization application process begins later in September.

Executive Summit
Representation is required at the annual Executive Summit by at least one member of the student organization.  That person should be in a leadership role and be involved in planning events and programs.  Other representatives from the same organization are also welcome to attend.  This meeting, presented by the Office for Campus Life, details several important messages helping student organizations to have a successful year.  This meeting is offered twice each fall semester to accommodate schedules.
Fall 2016 Executive Summit dates and times are Wednesday September 14 and Thursday September 15 at 7:30 pm in Barnum 008.  Once you register your organization with OCL you will be confirmed to attend one of the two Executive Summits (you choose the date).
Register your student organization for the year.

TCU Treasury Meetings
The TCU Senate Treasury offers mandatory treasury meetings for all TCU Senate Funded Organizations.   Once again, these meetings are required for TCU Senate Funded Organizations Only. This meeting, presented by the TCU Senate Treasurer, details important treasury procedures for the coming year.  This meeting is offered twice each fall semester to accommodate schedules.  Both organization Treasury Signatories are required to attend one of these meetings.
Fall 2016 TCU Treasury Meetings dates and times are Wednesday September 14 and Thursday September 15 at 9 pm in Barnum 008.  No registration is necessary. 
Once again both signatories are required to attend.

Financial Stewardship Training
Presented by Audit and Management Advisory Services, this one hour workshop will give you the skills to effectively manage your group’s budgetary operations and use some management best practices to ensure your student organization achieves its financial goals.  Each student organization should send at least one person to this workshop.  Recommended for treasurers, budget managers, however anyone is welcome to attend either session. Pizza lunch will be served.
Wednesday September 28, 12 – 1 pm, Campus Center 12 or
Monday October 3, 12 – 1 pm, Campus Center 112.
