The Office for Campus Life has two, seven passenger mini vans that are available for rent by recognized student organizations. Reservations are on a “first come first served” basis.
Checklist
In order to be eligible to check out a van, all of the following must be completed. Keys cannot be signed out until all paperwork has been received and approved.
- Driver Registration Form. You may download one here and bring it to the Office for Campus Life.
- Verification of drivers license (made by an OCL employee). Please bring it with you when dropping off your Drivers Registration Form. You will need to show your license each time you are taking out a van.
- A online van test, scoring an 80 or higher. If you wish to complete this test, please email OCL at ocl@tufts.edu
- A reservation made in R25 no less than one week in advance.
- An IDR submitted to the OCL no less than three business days in advance of requested sign-out date.
- A sign-out form to be initiated the day the van is checked out and completed the day the van is checked in.

Prices
½ Day (4 hours of less): $50
One Day (over 4 hours): $75
Overnight-1 Night: $125
Overnight-2 Nights: $200
Overnight-3 Nights: $300
