Every Thursday/Friday/Saturday, 10 pm – 2 am.
Hotung Café is available for student organizations to sponsor social events on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. These evening activities are free and open to the entire Tufts community. Student organizations can reserve this space through R-25. Reservations are first-come first-serve. Once you have made your request through R-25, you will be invited to attend a weekly Event Registration Meeting. Here you will confirm the details of your event with various campus representatives.
The Office for Campus Life is available to assist you with your Late Night @ Hotung Program. The Office for Campus Life will provide your group, free of charge, with Event Staff and basic audio/visual needs for your Late Night @ Hotung programs. The Office for Campus Life also has some additional funding to assist with other entertainment expenses, but must be applied for in advance of the event.
The Office for Campus Life has limited funding available to co-sponsor events in Hotung Café on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday nights. Requests for these funds should be made when requesting your event on R25 and will be discussed at the Event Registration Meeting. You will be notified about additional funding from OCL once your event has been approved by the Event Registration Committee.
