The Office for Campus Life oversees space reservations for student organizations for the following spaces. All space reservations should be put into the Reserve Tufts Reservation System. Put in your event space reservations as early as possible, spaces fill up quickly! NOTE: Fall 2020 Updates on Spaces. Please note that capacities in all spaces have been reduced due to the Covid-19 situation. Some spaces are also not available all semester due to being used for classrooms, testing sites or other purposes. See below for updates on regularly used spaces for Student Organizations.
Fall 2020: Tabling on the patio is not available for reservations.
TAB, Tufts Administrative Building (TAB is located at 169 Holland Street. While a bit off-campus, it may be a good space for a retreat, all day meeting or conference). See EMS for further descriptions and photos of the TAB space. Contact OCL with further questions.
The following event spaces, CAN be reserved through the Reserve Tufts Reservation System, however other departments/administrators oversee these spaces and must grant approval.
